Composition workshop - listen twice

Entitled “Herzblut”, this year's composition workshop will focus on song settings past and present. Young composers will choose from well-known and established Kunstliedern from past centuries and set the old texts to new music.

The concert will then feature 4–6 tandems with both text versions. At the center of the recital is a discussion between the participating artists on the subject of song today. At the end, the new songs will be performed a second time.
