Subscribe to our event calendar

To use our event calendar, we recommend that you subscribe to it.
This ensures that new appointments and changes to existing appointments are automatically included in your calendar as soon as they are published on our website.

Below you will find instructions for common calendar services to subscribe to the event calendar and thus always stay up to date:

Google calendar

  • Open Google Calendar on a computer.
  • Click "Add" to the left of "More Calendars" and then click the "Via URL" button.
  • Enter the address of the calendar in the field provided.
    For the calendar of the Festival of Young Artists Bayreuth, this is:
    https://www.youngartistsbayreuth.de/share/festivalkalender.ics
  • Click Add Calendar. The calendar will then appear on the left side under "Other calendars".

It may take up to 12 hours for the changes to appear on your Google Calendar.

Apple iOS calendar

  • Open the "Settings" under iOS and then switch to "Passwords and Accounts"
  • Select "Add Account" and then "Other"
  • Under the "Calendar" section, select "Add calendar subscription"
  • Paste the URL of the calendar file into the "Server" text box.
    For the calendar of the Festival of Young Artists Bayreuth, this is:
    https://www.youngartistsbayreuth.de/share/festivalkalender.ics
  • Confirm this step with "Next".
  • In the next step you can optionally enter a description for the festival calendar so that you can assign the calendar later more easily. Complete this step with "Save".

Microsoft Outlook

  • Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer and then switch to Calendar view.
  • In the navigation area under the “Start” tab, select “Open calendar” (in older versions of Outlook, this item may also be called “Add calendar”) and then “From the Internet”.
  • Enter the link to the calendar file.
    For the calendar of the Festival of Young Artists Bayreuth, this is:
    https://www.youngartistsbayreuth.de/share/festivalkalender.ics
  • Confirm the subscription to the calendar.

If events and events in the subscribed calendar change, it may take up to 24 hours and more for Outlook to update your calendar.
